I am sitting in my childhood house, soaking in all the memories from growing up. The smells, the sounds, the creaky front door. It truly couldn't be any better. But then, I look out the window..and snow is falling. Not blizzard type snow, but, peaceful snow. The kind that falls like little cotton puffs. Now, I'll be the first to admit that snow is not my favorite. In fact, we hate each other. But there's just something about watching it from your childhood window that makes me ...kind of...like it. :)
But..before we go on and on and on about that..here are a few photos from a completely cool family. (You're going to hear that word a lot in this post..because honestly..they are just so cool!)
This sweet mom is also a photographer. Um..no pressure, right? ;) Do you ever feel like that when you take another photographers photos? Like, they have to meet this extremely high expectation? Yes. Well. Let's just say I was sweating MAJOR before this session, wanting to make it perfect. When we met up..all fears were put to rest because..you guessed it..this family is COOL! Totally made my job easy. :D
See what I mean?? I love, LOVE all their expressions.
I love how they stand in the 'cool line'
I love how they all cool-y sit. (nice word, huh? ;D)
I love how beautiful..er...handsome and cool..these kids are...
But what I really, really love (and am SO thankful for):
is that I have new friends. :D
Thanks for such a great day! And for all our little gatherings since then. Seriously..you guys are the label for COOL! :D
Until next time..
